The Meadows Event Center
The Meadows Event Center is a great place to go for a night of entertainment. It features a wide range of events and attractions, including a bowling alley and a concert venue that hosts a variety of artists.
The facility is a great place for weddings and other celebrations, but it can also be used for corporate events and meetings. It has a state-of-the-art sound system and projection screen, a large kitchen, and an outdoor patio that showcases fire pits and mountain views.
The Meadows Events Center was recently renovated to provide a more modern experience for Prairie Meadows clientele. The updated space features etched glass and textured wall tile, stainless-steel hardware, and espresso wood tones. It also includes new LED lighting with color changing capabilities that maximizes the flexibility of the space for individual events.
The Meadows Racetrack & Casino
The Meadows Racetrack & Casino is an entertainment hot-spot that offers a variety of events and attractions. From horse races to a casino and multiple restaurants, this Washington, Pennsylvania venue is the perfect place for a fun family getaway!
The facility features a 5/8 mile harness track, a casino, 11 casual and fine dining restaurants, bars and lounge outlets, a 24-lane bowling center, an entertainment lounge, a hotel with 155 rooms, and other non-gaming amenities.
In addition to the gambling, The Meadows Racetrack & Casino also hosts a number of prestigious racing events throughout the year. These include the Delvin Miller Adios Pace, conducted for three-year-old open pacers in August; and the Adios Volo, conducted for filly pacers in the same month.
The casino has a Poker Room with 14 action-packed tables. It spreads Texas Hold’em and Omaha, and it provides full Terrace menu service. The casino also has a bar and lounge, which are great places to relax while enjoying the atmosphere and catching up with friends or family.
Meadow Brook Amphitheatre
Located on the Oakland University campus, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre (formerly known as the Meadow Brook Music Festival) is an outdoor pavilion venue that hosts a wide range of concerts and entertainment. It was initially reserved for performances by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and it is now a popular destination for music events of all genres.
The Meadow Brook Amphitheatre features a seating capacity of 7,700 people and provides several options for parking onsite. It is accessible from Interstate 75 at University Drive and M-59 at Adams Road, and 2,000 parking spaces are available on site.
Visitors are encouraged to arrive early for evening shows, as gates open 90 minutes before showtime. Tailgating is permitted on the property, but alcohol is prohibited.

Kimball Hill Park
Kimball Hill Park is a pretty park in the heart of Rolling Meadows with an array of attractions to keep you busy. The city’s signature amphitheater is a must-see for concerts in the summer, and you can also enjoy some outdoor fun with an afternoon stroll on the walking path or a game of sand volleyball. The park also has a few interesting tidbits to show off your friends and family, including a pretty pond complete with a waterfall/fountain, fishing piers and a lighted baseball/softball field (Kimball Hill 1-4).
A must-see is the Park District’s new interactive water tower at the far end of the park, which includes a light-up flamingo. You can even get your feet wet and splash about in the pond. The other standouts in this small park include three lighted baseball/softball fields, a sand volleyball court, a zipline and an interesting looking ice rink. The best part is that it is all free to use!
